LEADERSHIP

Declan is a leader in digital transformation working across C-level to drive adoption of AI and digitization and the use of data to deliver cost reduction, revenue growth and automation.

From 2014 to 2022 he was at Chain IQ as a member of the ext. Group Executive Board. Chain IQ are a highly successful  BPO / consultancy provider of procurement services across multiple industries e.g. financial services, construction & retail. Whilst there he led the transformation of the Chain IQ service to a digital platform, incorporating AI, and the migration of clients to this solution.  In their annual review of the procurement market, Everest rated Chain IQ a “Major Contender” and “Star Performer” in 2020 and 2021.

At Sirion Labs, a market leader in AI powered CLM solutions, Declan worked with strategic partners (BPO services providers) to introduce AI and digitization into their workflow.

In addition to the above he has extensive experience working in financial services including 8 years at a leading investment bank.

Jamie is a former procurement director with extensive experience in leading business transformation projects, including designing, creating and improving procurement operating models and commercial functions. Optimisation of the procurement technology suite is a key component in successful delivery of these projects.

After starting his career in FMCG procurement Jamie moved to global management consultancy Accenture where he developed the EMEA procurement outsourcing function and held a procurement leadership role as Category Director for professional services. 

Subsequently he worked as a consultant and freelance project manager for a wide range of organisations including Barclays, Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, Lloyds Bank, Lloyd’s of London, Serco, AMS and various UK Government departments, before starting TPP Procurement.  

With over 30 years’ experience in procurement and a proven track record of success in providing consultancy services and achieving outstanding results, Hardeep has worked in a range of leading organisations including British Airways, the BBC, Cathay Pacific, US Airways and the Department for Education. She is also an accredited trainer for the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). 

Hardeep is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS), has a coaching qualification from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council Foundation and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS), an IPD Certificate in Training Practice and is a fully qualified Project Manager (PMP). 

Originally a numerical physicist, Martin has been working in the insurance, automotive and banking industries for over 20 years. Having a proven track record as enterprise architect, head of IT architecture and interim CIO, he enjoys working hands-on with new technology and optimizing business processes.

Sebastian is an accomplished physicist with advanced data analytics merits earned at CERN. With a diverse background as Analytics manager in the banking and procurement industries, he brings 22 years of expertise in data analysis, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, and AI. Leveraging this extensive background, Sebastian develops data and AI solutions that drive tangible business value.
